CABOT CREAMERY COOPERATIVE, INC./AGRI-MARK, INC. Cabot, VT - Numerous mechanical, electrical and material handling projects.
Middlebury, VT - A 38,500 sq ft cheddar cheese whey drying addition.
Challenged by an aggressive, nine-month construction schedule and erected through a Vermont winter, this pioneering facility is the first to combine the drying of whey and protein permeate. As a result of our achievement on this addition, we were awarded the design contract for Leprino Foods' whey processing department and warehouse addition in Waverly, NY.

GARELICK FARMS, INC. (a division of Dean Foods Company) Lynn, MA - Over 100 projects since 1980 including studies, planning, design and construction management. Projects include coolers, freezers, boiler room, co-generation, waste treatment, refrigeration systems, production line improvements and cream buildings.

GUIDA New Britain, CT - Full design and construction management services for second floor process room and dry storage expansion and interior renovations. Master plan and construction of a 20,000 sq ft cooler addition, second floor process room, renovation of the existing cooler/empty case area and extensive site improvements.

LEPRINO FOODS Waverly, NY - Design for a 35,000 sq ft whey department and dry storage warehouse addition. In order to work within the constraints of a small plot of land, the 25 ft diameter whey dryer was assembled in sections as the building went up around it. The result is a 100 ft tall structure.

MILKCO Asheville, NC - Full engineering and construction management services for a 15,400 sq ft two tier, high bay 34ºF milk cooler addition including the installation of eight additional loading dock positions and a vertical reciprocating conveyor. The project included installation of a new 500 HP compressor in the engine room and new power distribution to the addition.

STONYFIELD FARMS, INC. Londonderry, NH - Full design for a new raw milk receiving bay and complete mechanical design of new central refrigeration, boiler and air systems. New cooler and dry storage addition, preliminary layouts for office expansion and new visitor center, design of a new Amerio glycol conversion, design and construction of a 22,150 sq ft cooler expansion and numerous facility studies.
