Master plan and materials handling study to install a new automatic case picking system and 16,000 sq ft warehouse expansion. For this pioneering state-of-the-art project we coordinated with Jayson Concepts, Inc. The warehouse expansion and modification portion included significant changes to the warehouse size and layout, a cooler addition and implementation of an automated case handling system. Other projects included preliminary, final design and construction management for a 40,000 sq ft truck load lane and warehouse addition.
